Most Popular Transfers Over the Last 6 Gameweeks

An alternative look at player transfer numbers looking at most transferred players over the last six gameweeks.

This is just a quick look at which players have had the most transfers over last six gameweeks. We've tracked the numbers from the last 6 weeks from GW19 to GW24 inclusive and counted the net transfers in for each player and from this worked out the approximate percentage this player has been transferred in of all transfers. The numbers wlll not be skewed too badly by repeated temporary buying/selling during an active Wildcard as the numbers for this are the Net Transfers In at the end of each gameweek.

We are going to keep an eye on these numbers as something that could be used to build a metric for "Active Ownership" and a measure of current transfer trends and player ownership which can hopefully add value on top of simply looking at the basic "Players Selected By" value on the official site. This can be way off by this stage of the season with many inactive teams floating around.
